Drew Smalley: Marketing/Creative/Photographer/Team Manager in Welches, OR

For the past four years, I have been working for I.N.I, a snow outerwear brand established in 2011. I handle all the Marketing, Creative Direction, Graphic Design, Action/Product Photography and Team Management. It was a great experience for me and although it was an extreme workload that required great dedication, organization and time management, it was unique in the fact that I handled the complete creative process by myself while being self-managed.
