Develop and execute marketing and registration driving tactics for brands such as: Leadville Race Series, Life Time Tri, Leadman Tri, Lutsen 99er, Chequamegon Fat Tire Festival and various other athletic events produced by Life Time's Athletic Events division. It's a pretty sweet gig.
• Charged with leading the Creative Team in the development and execution of strategies for brands including: Leadville Race Series, Life Time Training, Life Time Tri Series and additional core brands via a wide-range of mediums from video to social campaigns to print ads as a way to engage our core audience, as well as extending the brands to potential new consumers/athletes.
• Initiates collaboration and management of internal and external creative teams in the delivery of assets based upon strict brand guidelines, budgets and timelines.
• Tasked with the mentoring of junior and mid-level creatives in the development and execution of innovative and engaging creative that meets marketing strategies, drives registration and community engagement.
• Lead an initiative to find and implement efficiencies to streamline the management of creative assets across all brands.

Led the team of creatives to win the 2008 CNBAM Promotional Campaign of the Year.
The team was also responsible for online initiatives that resulted in a 400% increase in unique hits to the Minnesota Daily's Drink & Dine online initiative.
