Drove research, ideation, design, and development of market-appropriate and highly commercial footwear across all categories, including all Work-Industrial / Safety. Hired, directed, guided, and coached internal designers and pool of 2 to 4 external designers while maintaining own full project load. Led ideation, design refinement, and development, and held accountability for designer workload, time management, and travel. Executed directly with Asia Development electronically, and via multiple annual trips.
*	Designed and built key projects that had revenues of over $100M over their lifecycle, including designing and developing several multimillion-pair enduring product programs sold globally, including T868 Transform at 2.5M pairs, T901 Argon at 2.0M pairs, T1249 Transform 2.0 at 1.5M pairs, and T1260 Threshold at 2.5M pairs. Grew Work product segment to be 50-60% of revenue.
*	Evolved, reigned in, and modulated CAT Design DNA, building best practices in form language consistency, while fully defining aesthetic direction for all Work-Safety products. Embraced design acting as Cat Inc. brand advocate via aesthetic recognizability.
*	Expanded product offerings while orchestrating workload by personally designing most Work-Safety, Rugged Casuals, Classics, and Utility / Outdoor products while guiding designers focused on more Athletic, Street and Women-oriented projects.
*	Ideated, created, rendered, presented, techpacked, specified color / materials, and refined or revised designs, yielding highest-quality results. Involved in fitting, testing and costing processes for both Life and Work international product lines.
*	Collaborated closely with Development / Engineering and Product Management, ensuring aligned product solutions.
*	Dual Brand Role for 2 years as Design Lead of both CAT's Industrial Line and the historic Sebago lifestyle brand.
*	Increased capabilities of staff designers by guiding, coaching and mentoring regarding efficient / effective processes.
*	Established new sources for consumer and market trends, providing expertise in creating leather and color palettes.

Guided design aesthetic across all 4 categories with focus on Outdoor, Men's, and Work-Safety. Revised and evolved Dunham Design DNA - best practices in form language consistency. Directed conceptualization, ideation, and execution of product ideas into high-caliber prototypes. Drafted and executed all new sole units. Created Color and Materials Palettes and all Proto Specs. Founded and directed internal design team, rehired seasonal design interns, and regenerated and managed pool of consistent external designers.
*	Designed key performance outdoor products, such as the re-imagined Waffle Stomper 2.0, receiving accolades from online reviews and consumer and trade magazines such as Outdoor, Backpacker, Explore, and Camping Life.
*	Delivered commercial, timeless and sustaining designs, with 3 sole unit platforms still currently in production and strong sellers, including Dunham Cloud Series, Men's Captain Boat Shoe, and Men's St. Johnsbury Sandals.
*	Established consumer and market trends by planning leather and color palettes and maintaining material library.
