the team developing and delivering the global retail brand strategy and seasonal
omni-channel marketing plans for all Categories.
*	Collaborative leader across multiple functions in the organization tasked with driving the future of experiential retail and connected consumer experiences for
Nike Direct.
*	Powered the Global Retail Brand strategy and vision for Nike Direct Retail
across our store Concepts.
*	Served as Sr. Director of Global Running Retail Brand leading the global vision
for Nike Running's 7+Billion-dollar business delivering innovation storytelling
and experiences for consumers across the marketplace.
*	Sr. Brand Director for North America Factory Stores responsible for Brand
Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Store Design/Construction, Space Planning,
and Consumer Experience/Athlete Education.
*	Joined Nike in 2014 to re-imagine the holistic Brand and Consumer experience
for Factory Stores in North America. Managed 23M demand creation budget
and contributed to growth of business from 2.3 billion to 2.6 billion.
*	Developed and launched new store Concepts that serve as the current vision for
the global fleet of 1100+ owned and partner NFS stores.
*	Enabled partnerships in key cities to develop concept for Community Stores of the future and launched locations in East Los Angeles, Detroit, and the Flatbush

*	Vice-president creative leader responsible for concept and execution of seasonal
strategy, and retail store experiences across visual merchandising, store design,
marketing, and customer engagement with the West Elm brand.
*	Responsible for building a team of creative leaders in the field and home office,
expanded from 3 members to 15 on departure. Leader of creative team which
contributed to 17 consecutive quarters of record brand growth and earnings
with an increase in store count from 32 to 60 over a 4-year period.
*	Drove brand evolution and personal professional growth through positions of increased responsibility from Manager to Senior Manager to Director and VP
of Visual.
*	Concepted and executed the evolution of the Concept and fleet of West Elm
stores including West Elm Market as a stand-alone storefront and shop in shop.
Collaborated with partners in WS Inc. construction and store design to build the vision inclusive of strategy around consumer experiences, fixtures,
storytelling, and branding.
*	Led West Elm Brand global expansion with Middle East franchise partners MH
Alshaya Co, and company-owned stores in Australia and the UK. Closely
partnering with store design and construction in each country.
*	Collaborative omni-channel leader able to model and build strategic
partnerships with digital, catalog, and creative teams to deliver seamless brand
experience and customer engagement.
*	Drove brand initiatives around sustainable and fair-trade product creation and sourcing through the marketing organization. Member of the leadership team

included Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, and Holt Renfrew.
Responsible for driving brand positioning and sales volume across all product
lines within the company as well as visual merchandising training seminars for
all accounts.
*	Responsible for all in-store merchandising as well as store planning based on
seasonal deliveries. Planned and executed all window installations as well as interior visual elements and space planning.
