Performed quality functions as dictated by AS9100 and QMS guidelines. Performs Internal/External, Supplier Qualification, Area, Shelf Life and production (Build) documentation Audits as directed. Interfaces with team members, custom er, DCMA and others. Support of First Article Inspection (FAI). Review Engineering Binders to ensure they are up to date; Design, Test, and Production Integration meetings are held according to schedule obtaining approvals as required., Verify ECOs are correct and implemented. Responsible for calibration of all tools and equipment requiring calibration per ISO/IEC17025.Update of Cal database. Scan Certs and place hard copy in appropriate Cert binder. ESD monitoring by individual Wrist Strap, Mat, and Work Station Systems. Usage and maintenance verified by checklist. Train employees as required. Perform other quality functions as required. Kept Material Data Safety (MSDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) binders updated. and was responsible for labeling shelf life material (name, PN and shelf life date) per OSHA and HCS standards. Ensures Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions (CAPA) are followed up and implemented as agreed upon. Reviews Waivers and Deviations, Change of Charge and generates Letter of Disclosure and other documentation as required. Hardware Quality Engineer responsible for the verification of the build and testing of production Space and Tactical hardware for various programs at the CCA and Box level.
