-Started Rep Agency that includes lines in the running, lifestyle and outdoor retail channels.
-Have grown all lines 20%-30% each year with attention to customer service and dealer support.
-Manage the South-Southwest territory of Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Kansas and Missouri calling on specialty running, outdoor, beach, sporting goods and lifestyle retailers. 
-Agency consists of two Sales Reps and one Sales Administrator/Inside Sales. 
-Marketing and promotion of lines through in-store/staff clinics, in-store demo’s and attending events, trade shows and expo’s as needed.
-Current lines include: Altra Running, Buff, Injinji , Wyld Gear and Topo Designs

Corporate Credit Manager 
-Part of the SAP Finance conversion team since August 2006, managing all aspects of the AR, Customer Master Data and Credit Management sessions. 
-Responsible for the collections and reconciliation of a $110 million dollar portfolio including all US and International divisions.
-Manage a team responsible for reducing the Over 60 days A/R from $12.6M to $2.9M in one year through aggressive collections and procedural changes, which significantly reduce the bank revolver.
-Worked with major retailers (i.e. Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart and Sports Authority) implementing procedures to minimize chargebacks and increase repayments on unauthorized deductions. 
--Manage and update weekly thirteen week cash receipts forecast for the banks and upper management.
