Responsible for- -The ability to forecast immediate and long term direction for the company on all creative fronts. -Developing three (Street, Skate, Tastemaker) separate yet cohesive collections for each targeted demographic, per season. -Combining consistent market research with personal visual sense, to build products that speak of quality and comfort with a stylistic pop for each demographic. -Managing and training a team of creative members, from Senior apparel designer and Head graphic designer to entry level and interns positions. -Working closely with the Marketing director and department on carrying out specialized projects and campaigns for expansion and seeding of brand awareness. -Formulating of specific themes (per season) to function as a catalyst and jumping point for each department to use towards its approach for that particular season. -Working closely with the production manager and overseas developers to maintain quality control aspects of each delivery through out its total phase from proto samples to production goods landed. -Dialing in and developing new fit specs by working with fit models and overseas pattern makers to produce desired fits. -Picking suitable locations and models for photo shoots of catalogs and Look books each season according to theme.

Responsible for- -Over seeing daily operations of design, production, task delegation, financial and shipping. -Designing denim styles for the high-end market. -Training and managing of staff from manangement positions to sample makers and interns. -All matters related to domestic production and quality control, from plotting markers - cutting houses - manufacturer assembly - wash/dye house - finishing phases - shipping -Head Pattern maker for denim, with full understanding of fit translations and fabric characteristics. Working closely with fit models in producing desired fits for all categories
