15 years in the action sports industry 11 of those years as the operations manager for specialty ski, bike, & snowboard retail store. Achievements include increasing revenues 114% in three years for shop with 40+ years in business. Increased employee retention by 80%. Developed new product categories, built long standing relationships with outside manufacture reps increasing support and purchase opportunities and pricing advantages. Increased market penetration and development through co-creation of snow expo. Increased brand awareness through offsite events including expo sales events, and consumer product demonstrations. 
My goal is to continue to refine and develop new skills  to further my opportunities and value within the action sports community of businesses. I'm looking to join an action sports company that is consistently striving to provide the best experience for outdoor enthusiast. Positions of interest include; brand management, sales management, outside sales, & procurement specialist, & product development

Responsibilities Included but not limited to: 
HR; Selecting, training and coaching sales & service staff. Developing management team. Goal setting, performance reviews, employee policy and accountability. 

Procurement Management: Selecting categories, brands, & products. Building vendor relationships, negotiating terms, pricing, & support. Forecasting utilizing multiple factors including; on hand inventory, product cycle rates, market demand, brand awareness, product availability, innovation, pricing, margin history. 

Marketing: Planning and strategy implementation, Media purchasing: TV, Radio, Print, Adwords, Facebook, & direct response.  Website development. Sales events and consumer demos. 


Plan events for and guide 20-30 primary school aged children during summer vacation. Create afterschool programs, focusing on positive physical activity, and learning based processes. Ensure safe environment for children and staff. 

Day Care Teacher

Business administration duties, including creating and reviewing financial reports for clients utilizing Microsoft Excel, dbCams, and quickin software applications. Answering phones, filling, and general office duties.
