Re-launched SMS/MMS Marketing Channel June 2023 - four weeks post launch the channel has generated $50k in e- commerce sales
Partner with CRM to build a NRT, AI & customer-centric roadmap for the SMS/MMS service.
Monitor TCPA changes to buildout a robust compliance suite with ABSCO legal partners.
Helping lead new integrations/enablers for the ABSCO MarTech stack.
Define product strategy for the discovery and planning product area by partnering with respective PMs and defining the landscape of SMS/MMS platform & additional enablers to support enterprise marketing.

Partner with marketing, shopping experience, loyalty, engineering, corporate and division marketing & operations teams to
ensure customer journeys are cohesive across all digital and store touchpoints
Champion customer engagement by leveraging customer segmentation (stored/maintained in the ActionIQ Customer Data Platform), shopper insights and sales data to develop customer journeys to increase loyalty and share of wallet.
Collaborate with Marketing and Loyalty teams on customer lifecycle acquisition, engagement and retention strategies.
Leverage customer segmentations, shopper insights and sales data to develop strategies to increase loyalty and share of wallet. Design and produce loyalty reporting and analytics; create dashboards to capture key KPIs for stakeholder consumption.
Act as Loyalty Project Manager for marketing brief submissions and kick-off meetings
