My job with Epicuren consists of being a wearer of many hats and customer service is my passion!
My skills and duties included, but certainly weren't limited to:
•	Take orders via phone, fax or email; promoting products, educating spas and retail clients on product information and appropriate regimens based on individual situations.
•	Open, read, route, and distribute incoming emails and answering routine letters.
•	Ability to work with a busy phone system while handling both praise and complaints. 
•	Created RMAs, call tags and received product back from clients. Requested refunds to clients if applicable. 
•	Maintain general company calendar. 
•	Maintained classroom; set up for classes and demos.
•	Member of test panel for new potential product and current reformulations.
•	Regional Account Executive for Bay Area-servicing current customers, while welcoming and growing new client accounts.
Accomplishments: Encouraged and assisted in growth of Customer Service Department by requesting more job responsibility; created customer service manual and improved phone sales dramatically. Reduced linen cost overhead upon analysis of use.

Customer Service Rep, Regional Account Executive for Bay Area and Lead Phone Esthetician

•	Providing clients with Quality services such as facials and waxing whereby utilizing products made by Epicuren, Arcona and B. Kamins.
•	Also continuing education provided by the Skincare Companies.
•	Recommending products for client home maintenance and keeping records of client needs and preferences and the services provided.

Esthetician/ Front Desk

Marina Accountancy duties included:
•	Printing and Organizing Documents and Yearly questionnaires needed for tax interviews.
•	Scanning documents into paperless online filing system.
•	Meticulously maintaining client statuses, spreadsheets & database from beginning to end of IRS filing, per individual. 
•	Answering phones, filing, greeting clients and submitting online tax filings.

BID Systems Inc. duties included:
•	Receiving checks from various businesses into Quickbooks for City Business improvement
•	Generating and mailing past due notices 
•	Filing any and all documents related to trusts for bookkeeping services
•	Dropping off business deposits to bank

Administrative Assistant

•	Reviewed applications received by mortgage brokers and approving or denying based on findings in such databases as MARI and state licensing statuses. 
•	Working under General Council; preparing documents for various State Auditors to update Real Estate state licenses.

•	Reviewed applications received by mortgage brokers and approving or denying based on findings in such databases as MARI and state licensing statuses.
