My duties include daily processing of work orders, business accounting, accounts payable and receivable, dispatch of work orders to drivers, personal assistant to president of company, maintaining accurate records, licenses, permits, basic human resources, heavy clerical duties.


Worked closely with tour/production managers and travel agents to manage and organize sensitive information for tour booklets used within the touring party 
• Advance venue/hotel information, update and revise information leading into production 
• Update and maintain tour information using Filemaker Pro 
• Build interactive tour books using Adobe Indesign CS6 program 
 
Office Management: 
• Order materials for copiers and printers, handling office supplies and inventory for production 
• Work closely with the Accounting Manager on all account receivable / payable, vendor relations and collections.

Production Coordinator

Accounting Clerk: 
• Accounts Payable/Receivable using Quickbooks, new service accounts and account collections. 
 
Customer Service Manager: 
• Responsible for hiring new customer service reps, training and handling escalated customer service issues. 
• Managed office of 15 representatives 
• Organized internal billing system to provide efficient and accurate accounts for clients
