Marketing & Sales

Develop national marketing campaigns featuring NFL athletes and other talent. Responsible for $19M+
marketing budget. Responsible for the relationship between New Era and the National Football League and Major League Soccer.
• Develop 360 degree go-to-market campaigns incorporating: social media, paid media (digital, broadcast, print) and public relations. Implemented the campaigns with retail and online partners.

• Create compelling marketing campaigns featuring New Era Brand Ambassadors to support revenue and sell-through goals.

• Directly manage marketing team members in a respectful and inclusive manner.

• Manage external advertising agencies and PR agencies.

• Manage major video and photography productions with NFL athletes and videographers/photographers.

• Work closely with Retail and In-Venue Marketing to develop account-specific programs and marketing
assets.

• Develop and manage activations promoting the New Era Cap brand at marquee events including: Super
Bowl, NFL Combine, NFL Draft, MLS All-Star Game and others.

Global Product Manager

Opened the first Vermont Teddy Bear Company Retail Store in New York, New York. Negotiated major
licensing deals including NFL and Tyco Toys. Drafted and filed SEC documents.
