• Exceed ski season sales goals of 1 million dollars determined by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing • Manage leads by cold calling for new clients, routine follow-ups with past clients and maintaining strong customer relationships with those returning each season • Negotiate pricing to create packages and options that fit customer's product/service needs and budget • Drive sales in low periods of visitation through online marketing and incentivized packages • Up-sell packages once clients have confirmed their visit by offering products and experiences that customers may be interested in but are not familiar with or have not expressed interest in • Manage partnerships with 3 Bay Area tour operators that bring multiple groups to SVAM each week • Work with internal departments such as ticket sales, lodging, and marketing in a team environment to deliver a seamless product and experience to customers
