These products generally fall into one of the following categories: Product specifically designed for Volcom's retail and wholesale accounts, such as exclusive silhouettes, prints, and colorways. Quick-to-market projects, such as collaborations with other brands or artists, or special capsules to capitalize on fast-moving trends. Lead the design and execution of Volcom's seasonal line of off-price specific products. This is the conception and creation of an entire line specifically for Volcom's retail outlet channel, and off-price wholesale accounts. Responsible for the design of seasonal trims and packaging, working with merchandising, marketing, and design teams to create and execute concepts such as the interior and exterior branding for garments, or printed packaging materials such as hang tags, boxes, and pocket flashers. Tasked with contributing breadth of experience in multiple product categories to the seasonal line plan. This can involve designing additional SKUs to fill in gaps left in the line plan or, if necessary, taking over responsibility for an entire product category, merchandise group, or region-specific collection.
