Associate Product Line Manager

- Promoted to Assistant Product Manager after completing two semesters as
as an Industrial Design Intern for the Product Development Department
- Collaborated with the Product Manager, Industrial Design Director, Marketing 
Manager, Directory of Operations and President of Sales to determine long term and 
seasonal line building goals for softgoods and hardgoods
- Communicated precisely with overseas manufacturers to assure quality product fit, 
trim, and finish for multiple projects daily through visual, verbal and written correspondence
- Pioneered a new approach to color, trend, and material research and development that 
proved to expedite development time, allow for quality product and increased sales
- Responsibilities were expanded to men’s, children’s, international and Special Make Up 
product line planning as a result of successfully growing the previously sluggish 
women’s product program by twenty percent in the Summer 2014 season
- Seasonally worked with the Senior Graphic

Associate Product Manager, Helmets and Optics

- Worked with a small design team to assemble large 10 foot tall models for trade shows 
and retail environments out of  Kre-o bricks; a Lego compatible interlocking construction toy.
- Designed iterations for products licensed under the Transformers group and for 
Battleship: The Movie.
