Wilderness Voyagers is the first whitewater rafting outfitter on the east coast. Today, Wilderness Voyageurs is the largest of its kind in the region. WV offers kayaking, stand up paddling, fly fishing, rock climbing, Boy Scout High Adventure programs and bike tours in several different countries.

-	Provide customers with knowledge and recommendations needed on recreational outdoor gear/apparel 


    -Managed relationship of supplier responsible for $4.6MM of packaging components per year at LAP         
   - Led department meetings, providing metrics to management and published thorough notes and follow-ups
   - Enhanced department metrics by automating updates to 4 files and decreasing reporting time by 2 hours a week 
   - Handle communications for Supplier Quality Investigations
   - Implemented Supplier Tailgate Sampling process resulting in 215 hours saved ($6,500)
   - Eliminating time and risk of contamination of retrieving raw materials to be sampled from PO shipments 
   - Aligned visibility across sites for supplier On Time In Full tracking metric  
  - Collaborated with internal functions to align documentation requirements across sites decreasing 1-2 days’ time wasted on 
            receiving materials with incorrect documentation
   - Developed Material Supply Disruption Tracker to track status of raw materials issues for both internal and ext
