Gather and organize multiple project deliverables while managing quality assurance. Create and maintain detailed project schedules in order to hit major milestones and deadlines. Forecast project resources and availability to distribute individual and group tasks/assignments with respect for other team member's project statuses. Schedule and lead meetings to keep communication open between all stakeholders and set project expectations. Transcribe meeting notes and contact reports as a visual progress report and set any 'next steps' into motion. Designated point of contact for the video team; Works closely with interactive, creative, account services, and technical development teams. Identify and alert account manager if project is at risk for exceeding budget or deadline.

Also responsible for:
– Post-production supervisor on commercial and animated content
– Organizing and managing the content of a proprietary video library system
– Researching and hiring freelancers (storyboard, editing, copywriting, and motion graphics)
– Licensing music rights from various media libraries
– Assisting with media trafficking and shoot pre-production and planning
– Creation and design of wardrobe/styling boards
– Covering team members on an as-needed basis

Senior Project Manager

Manage and collaborate with a small team specializing in social customer retention. Proactively monitor the brand's activity on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Analyze and respond to guest comments on a 24/7 basis. Continue to reduce response time and increase positive resolutions via social CRM. Assist with drafting and developing original content for all platforms. Identify and implement digital marketing strategies for 100+ properties to enhance their performance through online reputation, website initiatives, social media content, and SEO.

Optimize individual Property presence in the digital market. Identify and implement social media opportunities to help increase digital marketing performance. Improve organic search position by identifying keyword opportunities. Assist department in gathering industry research and metrics for reporting purposes. Provide management with tracking and feedback regarding the Member's acceptance of recommendations.
