Working as a freelance photographer, I have worked on various photographic endeavors including wedding photography, graduation photography, artistic portraiture and fashion photography. My major skills within this field include but are not limited to; Digital and analog photography, filmmaking, photographic editing (photoshop), lighting setups (both studio and location), shoot production, graphic design, social media engagement, and illustration

My job as process coordinator, on a broad scope, included taking over processes normally tasked to management that would then give management more time to help with development of their agents(within the High-Value call center departments). Specific tasks included; first responder for IT issues, data collection and analysis, site visit planning and execution for upper management and potential business partners, POC between the High Value departments and staffing department.
