Operated as a customer advisor in an independent health food shop which specialised in organic, plant based produce and naturopathic medicines. It was especially important to have a clear understanding of the health food industry and be ahead of the curve in supplement trends in order to upsell to customers and increase sales. I was tasked with creating various marketing strategies, slogans and social media posts to help grow the customer base.

Required to prepare and cook raw foods and prepare already cooked foods while meeting and recording the required health, hygiene and safety standards. Responsible for the opening and closing the counter in the morning and evening as well as providing excellent customer service.
