Perform all Financial Reporting, Account Analysis, Bank Reconciliation, Maintaining Fixed Assets Recording, Oversee AP and AR, Oversee the Quarterly and Annual Fillings - Sales & Used Tax,

Achievements: I inititated to make FFP & FFC complied with Sales and Used Tax Laws. I work with the ERP Software specialist to create reports for sales tax and set up Sales Tax Liability Account and direct 
to create an Items for sales tax for the Sales Invoice that will mapp to sales tax liability account.
b) Found some Deposits account in the amount of $10K since 2016 that trial machine was returned but deposit was never return.
c) Found duplicate payment made by AP -still being collected.

Controller/Office Manager

¨       Manage the accounting department: AP, AR, Billing, Inventory Control and PR.
¨       Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring and managing the accounting staff.
¨       Ensure all corporate taxes such as sales/use, property, regulatory and product taxes are completed and paid on a timely basis.
¨       Maintain effective processes and procedures to ensure accurate accounting and safeguarding of assets.
¨       Adhere to internal control and design and implement new policies and procedures.
¨       Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and charts of account through supporting analysis.
¨       Preparation of the Company’s financial reporting package by the monthly deadlines.
¨       Process employee 401K deferrals and company match.

Accounting Supervisor

¨       Perform all accounting functions from journal entries, general ledger management, preparation of monthly financial reporting, account analysis, cost analysis, intercompany reconciliation, analysis of variances and inconsistencies, and audit preparations.
¨       Perform cash flow management and bank reconciliations. 
¨       Prepare monthly sales rep. commission reports, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules.
¨       Interface with outside auditors, bank representatives and insurance agents. 
¨       Month end and year-end close processing.
¨       Maintain company’s compliance with all regulatory requirements by the City, County & State.
¨       Oversees AR, AP, Payroll, Human Resources, train Accounting Staff and improve benefits and decrease both company and employee’s cost.
¨       Generate standard and ad hoc reports.


¨       Prepare, analyze, and review with the Project Director the monthly reports that summarize current financial data, current issues and exposure items, percent complete, 
 construction schedule, status of commitments, cost to date and estimated final cost as compared to budget, and forecast.
¨       Prepare financial forecasts including variances analysis from prior forecast.
¨       Monitor all commitments including financial due diligence review of contracts and change orders, and ensuring approval in accordance with the company policy.
¨       Maintain an accurate historical data to aid in the preparation of proforma economic performance models.
¨       Review reconciliation of the Job Cost System to the General Ledger.
¨       Ensure all Balance Sheets accounts related to project assignments (Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe) are reconciled on a period basis.
¨       Assist in the development and monitoring of key internal controls to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including peer audits, compliance with CP-22, periodic audits of major contracts 
 and participating in all major bid openings.
¨       Assist in the implementation of the new Remap System (PeopleSoft)
¨       Prepare the Annual Budget, Long Range Plan, Project Budgets, and Capital Expenditures.
¨       Train, supervise and monitor Sr. Accounting Coordinator and Staff Accountant.
