I am a firm believer in the notion that one must follow their passion in order to do the best work they are capable of. My employment to date spans media companies, music festivals, live sporting events, and even a small company of my own. Results are golden when you hire passionate people.

-Conceptualize company and develop branding, pricing strategies, and web copy
-Managed “silent discos” for multiple nationally acclaimed festivals such as Counter Point, Summer Set, Snow Ball, X-Games, Nocturnal, and Neon Desert
-Direct and administer all aspects of company’s Facebook, Twitter and web presence

-Book air/ground transportation and hotel accommodations for all acts playing our venue 
-Advance show with artist management and fulfill hospitality and occasionally technical riders to ensure artist’s comfort and optimal sound quality 
-Compile guest and media list, distribute credentials, and enforce green room privacy

-Create and execute multi-platform radio, web, sponsorship, and social media campaigns
-Procure new business and increase client base while developing existing accounts
-Build and foster strong relationships with business owners, managers, promoters, marketing agencies, media representatives, and corporate sponsors
-Design, write, and implement radio commercial and digital advertisement creative

Account Executive

-Coordinate marketing street teams in 5 cites surrounding El Paso 
-Utilize international, regional, and local media outlets to advertise the festival
-Raise vital sponsorship from local businesses

Promotional Coordinator

-Promote company products at local events to El Paso and Austin communities
-Increase brand recognition and improve consumer product perception via ingredient education and memorable cultural event experiences 
-Worked with Field Marketing Manager to setup event infrastructure and displays
