Denver, CO Duties: ? Grocery Department: ? Point of sale, including order entry, modifications, discounts, and refunds; tender payments in cash and by credit, prepaid, checks, and gift cards; ? Take down custom grocery orders for customers. ? Stock all areas of grocery floor with stock from backstock shelves, then off pallets of new arrivals. ? Scan in receiving grocery load. Organize dock to appropriate needs of holding incoming shipments. Scan backstock and other items as they are stocked on the floor. ? Adjust inventory in system and Excel worksheets as needed to ensure accurate inventory to facilitate automatic ordering accuracy. ? Help stock and customer service in any department as needed by management. ? Bakery Manager ? Creating shift and time appropriate schedule to ensure floor and kitchen are properly staffed at peak hours. ? Reviewing new applicant job applications, interviewing, and hiring of all new bakery employees. ? Bi-Weekly ordering of all prepared bakery items, organizing and properly rotating backstock in bakery freezer. ? Ensuring all items are prepared under optimal sanitary conditions and follow company preparation procedures. ? Training all new employees on each station and area of the department. ? Daily full scan of entire department to pull outdated product and rotate leftover product to sell. Scanning all expired items for discount. ? Price changes, floor MOD resets, and all product information changes for fresh and promotional items. ? Setting up displays for Holiday MOD/s ?
