I am in charge of a team of people who manage our customers accounts. We handle billing, and technical inquires. I am in charge of conducting meetings, reporting, and retention of clients.

I underwrote insurance policies for our sales team. I would create an insurance policy based on risk assessment of a company. I was the last person the policy saw before going to sales.
