Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) my goal is to establish or re-establish, qualify, and maintain contact with small to medium-sized customers to increase machine and parts and service sales by making 30-40 calls per day. My customers are typically small construction, landscape and governmental customers.
I proactively manage an account base in an assigned territory, employing a disciplined phone call campaign approach. I provide retail assistance and coordination for customers with all sales activities, even if they don't actually perform these functions personally, such as demonstrating, qualifying, quoting, and closing the sale. I utilize direct mail and other promotional activities to drive business.

I was the Liaison between the Marketing Department and all divisions and departments that will be represented by or participate in trade shows, sales events, and promotional activities.
• Agriculture, Construction, and Mining Trade Show Coordination.
• Coordinate corporate meetings and events throughout Colorado.
• Prepares and files appropriate paperwork, forms and payments.
• Prepares show bulletins to communicate with the internal team.
• Orders, receives, stocks, replenishes, catalogs, and distributes Caterpillar and other manufacturers' literature to all sales representatives, all divisions, and all departments.
• Manages Marketing Department inventory.
• Serves as liaison to Caterpillar with regard to local or regional events and trade shows.
• Travels to show sites to set-up, and break down.
• Maintains portfolio of all branch modifications.
• Visits branches throughout Colorado to monitor facility retail presence.
• Distributes Literature to agriculture, construction, and mining sales reps.
• Facilitates seasonal marketing campaigns and materials distribution.
• Manages leads and distributes to appropriate sales staff through Saleslink and the CRM system.
• Assists sales department in retrieving information needed relating to machine features/benefits, competitive information, and bid specifications.

As the Marketing/Promotions Director for FRSN I was responsible for creating and maintaining all promotional events throughout the year. I was in charge of all social media aspects of FRSN including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google+. I maintained the website www.ESPNDENVER.com updating stories, headlines and scheduling ads. I created "artwork" for the website on a daily basis. Finally I was solely responsible for our newsletter that went out once every two weeks. In a smaller role I continued to be the backup for our remote engineers and am the secondary Colorado Avalanche reporter for FRSN. In doing so I participated in our weekly Hockey Hour show Wednesday's 6p-7p where we discuss the Colorado Avalanche and DU Pioneers.
