Eric Williams: Infrastructure Analyst II

o Monitor network systems’ performance to identify any issues and routinely perform analysis during regular IT infrastructure operations, including networks, firewalls, servers, and devices. o Implement necessary upgrades, patches, or troubleshooting to solve any security problems. o Fix problems in site computer networks, including network communications errors, storage problems, and malfunctioning server platforms. o Manage LAN infrastructure configuring and maintaining all network hardware devices. o Provide support and assist in SAN hardware/software implementation and upgrades of firmware in the storage infrastructure. o Install, patch, wire network cables in a LAN/WAN network environment through ports, switches, modems and routers. o Update & maintain site Disaster Recovery Plan. o Manage/maintain virtual servers by implementing monthly updates. o Ensure all user workstations are maintained and updated according to monthly security requirements. o Work with security team to ensure the network follows the company's policies and procedures. o In addition to all duties/responsibilities listed above, all duties/responsibilities listed below under Division Desktop Technician role are all still being continually handled under current role.

o Primary IT support for PCC Fasteners Division Executive office and Division personnel located remotely nationwide (C-Level & Director Level) o Secondary IT support for multiple international sites o Asset management/tracking for Division level equipment located worldwide o Coordinate with corporate IT personnel on behalf of sites as needed for resolution of complex issues o Supported transition to WFH and back  Deployed additional hardware on demand as needed o Level 2 helpdesk support for 25 sites worldwide o Level 1 helpdesk support for 4 local sites o Division Wide IT Security Compliance & Assistance for 25 sites worldwide  Report & remediate security risks as presented by Nexpose vulnerability scanner (i.e.) • Flash & Java removal • Zero-day Exploits  Report & remediate risks as presented by Lansweeper asset management software • BitLocker encryption issues (weekly) • Windows Update issues (weekly) o Systems past 90 days since last update  Report & remediate risks as reported by Splunk security compliance software • Security software reconciliation (monthly)  Report & remediate risks as reported by SCCM systems management software • Windows update review (monthly)

o Responsible for successful ground up installation of unit wired/wireless intranet of 1 server, over 20 computers, 6 network printers, 5 laptops & 1 secure wireless access point for external usage. o Responsible for repair/refurbishment of unit desktops/laptops (to include replacement of typical non-upgradeable internal components, upgrade of SDD/HDD/memory, installation of OS and supporting software). o Managed IT policies/permissions and security for unit intranet network as Network Administrator. o Managed secure and redundant backups of GBs of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on a weekly basis.

o Hardware/software installation, support, training & troubleshooting of workstations/laptops for 100+ end-users, in addition to 20 RDP touch-screen terminals for over 300 production floor users o Xerox and HP Network printer troubleshooting and maintenance o SOX Compliance (IT Controller & non-IT Tester) o AS9100D Compliant Internal Auditor o Asset management/tracking o Coordinate with division and corporate IT personnel for complex issues o Switch configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting  4 - Juniper EX2300 POE+ & 2 – Juniper EX3400 Switches o Physical/Virtual server management including patching, maintenance  12 servers using VMware vSphere o Remote user assistance via SCCM Remote Control Viewer or RDP o Manage Pulse and MS MFA VPN tokens for users including frequent reconciliation of VPN users for audits o Active Directory Maintenance  Adding & removing users/computers/permissions o SCCM management & deployment  Deployed applications and ran reports for audits o Veeam Backup maintenance  Backing up 12 servers locally and to the cloud for near instant recovery o Lansweeper information maintenance  Used to manage assets and troubleshooting issues.
