Development Associate

The Pink Ribbon Place was established in 2006 and adopted by Riverside Community Health Foundation in 2013. Since its inception, the program has served families impacted by cancers throughout the Inland Empire by offering services and resources at no-cost.

Responsibilities include:
Supports the Pink Ribbon Place initiative in a variety of administrative, community outreach, engagement strategies and responsibilities to expand and strengthen programs and services related to the cancer community.

Develops and carries out donor engagement strategy and cultivates relationships with current and potential donors, supporters, and volunteers. Secures sponsorship and in-kind donations.

Develops and executes a strategic public/ community relations plan to increase visibility and expand community awareness

Cultivates a network of community contacts with leaders, organizations, and donors

Assists with the development of public relation material related to Pink Ribbon Place and Pink Ribbon Thrift

Coordinates community and client programs and special events (i.e. SoCal Women's Cancer Conference, Pink on Parade Breast Cancer walk, and Education Events)
