I was in charge of interacting with the company's customers. To provide them with information to address inquiries
regarding products and services. In addition to deal with them and help resolve any customer complaints. I also helped
them with opening an account and helped them resolved a problem if they can't access their account. Also to check if
their orders have arrived most of my information was through phone.
Assisting in Sales:

Duties were to answer phone calls and making appropriate transfers. Also to process new client accounts, maintaining
customer accounts, implementing changes to existing accounts, and filing documents and other paperwork.
