Work one on one building relationships with customers in store, phone or email, to get them the right furniture for their needs. Handle returns or issues with their orders, such as shipping delays or imperfections in the products. Operate Ladera Ranch and San Clemente locations alone, create invoices and purchase orders daily on Quick Books and manage store cleanliness and appearance daily. Perform sales over the phone and have regular contact with customers and vendors over the phone. Knowledgeable on four distinct furniture lines and work closely with the representatives from those lines. Use Microsoft Office daily. Layout and display high end furniture weekly. Report warehouse and store inventories weekly. Coordinate warehouse pick-ups and deliveries to customer homes daily.
