I graduated cum laude this past May with a BA from Bucknell University and my employment history is heavily focused in customer service and sales. I currently work in retail at a relatively new and growing business called Craniologie, where we specialize in fitting helmets and goggles. While I spend much of my time educating customers on the products, I am also consulting customers over the phone and in person when problems arise. I also have seven years experience as a waitress in a busy, seasonal restaurant, and past retail experience. I'm very comfortable with computers and technology in general.
