Planning, LT, Brand, CS, Site Ops, Merch, etc. Led pricing teams and activities supporting P&M, optimized data, and forecast accuracy; trained new team members on the tools and processes.
●   Led and implemented a cross-functional team to develop an all-inclusive Strategic Lifecycle Inventory Management tool elevating the extended team's ability to quickly make highly informed, data-driven decisions resulting in increased throughput, reduced aged inventory, and increased margin by 900 bps.
●   Revamped the Strategic Forecast process and template  to better apply tools already in place, streamlining and de-duping efforts from pre- through in-season reforecasts.

Developed SOPs, training documents, on-boarding schedules, etc. Integrated partners to maximize the effectiveness and capabilities of the analysts. merchandising, and offshoring data entry. Prepared company updates and reports, including BOD decks and presentations.
●   Managed an offshore team of five data-entry specialists, coordinating training from our onshore team on various data
entry activities via Skype. Managed workflow, correspondence, error tracking, process publishing, and process expansion.
