• Overall duties included: Case management, Parent consulting, Behavioral Skills Training (BST) to interventionists. Analyzed client data and clinical assessments for annual progress reports. • Managed 15+ case workload weekly while mentoring and training other behavior therapists.

Senior level- Worked 1:1 with individuals with Autism and related disorders (both in home and school settings). Implemented skill acquisition programs to teach social, communication, safety, and daily living skills. Implement behavior reduction programs, data collection and graphing.
