I have over 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management including general HR functions, benefits administration, recruiting and performance management. I have experience working in a wide range of industries that include management solutions, digital publishing, academia, packaged foods, manufacturing, hospitality and pharmaceuticals. I also have experience working in the temporary employment environment and understand how to evaluate the pros and cons of utilizing contract employees. 

The scope of my accomplishments is wide and incudes cost savings initiatives that have saved over $600,000 through developing effective wages scales and redesigning employee benefits. I have also had great success improving employee retention and establishing succession planning strategies that resulted in the retention of over 50 newly hired employees, many of which went on to earn raises, bonuses and promotions.
