Ticket Operations • Manage seat inventory and price control systems both internally and externally of the organization • Assist with the development of financial audits and key reporting functions • Track and correspond with clients on payment and deposit plans • Oversee box office duties and event and game dates • Update, maintain and operate the teams ticketing platform and inventory system • Assist with the integration of new packages and programs into the team sales platform • Train new hires on Archtics / answer any Archtics questions • Key liaison with building box office personal, key vendors and partners like AXS and Ticketmaster • Additional responsibilities as assigned Service and Retention • Create planning procedures and programs to manage the fulfillment process with mini plan and season seat holders • Establish and control service procedures internally and externally • Handle key service issues as they arise • Establish and manage key retention programs aimed at renewing and upwelling existing clients
