I am a Sales Professional with over ten years experience in Customer Service and Sales. I recently graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management from National University. I am born and raised in San Diego and I have a lot of experience in customer satisfaction and Sales training as well. When I am not working and spending time with my family you can find me riding my Mountain Bike. I ride when ever I have a chance. I ride about 30 miles a week, but I would love to be able to ride more often. I also enjoy fishing and vacationing where ever there is a beach. I love riding ATV's and motorcycles but lately have only been sticking to mountain biking. I am so passionate about the sport that I try to get everyone I know to buy a bike so they can go out and ride with me. I have always been around a Motorsports environment and it is something that is in my blood. I always give 110% and always treat my customers like they are part of my family. I always have a vast portfolio of repeat customers and often get a lot of referrals from them. This has allowed me to always be one of the top salesman in all the companies I have worked for. 

I am a Sales Professional for Alba Racing Inc. My daily tasks include answering phone calls and emails with questions about our performance products, and also offering technical support. I also process payments and take orders over the phone. I am also in charge of our Dealer program, we offer special wholesale pricing for dealers and I am in charge of processing their orders while also taking care of their back-orders. I also maintain a relationship with various international dealer and private accounts. I have customer accounts ranging from nearby Mexico, Ecuador, and other countries like Australia.
