I have experience in apparel production, fabric sourcing  and product development. I have worked with local and international manufacturers - I have great communication skills and believe that customer service is one of the most important factors to maintain the reputation of a company. I work well with others or independently. I am organized, and I like to keep myself busy.   I'm also  fluent in Spanish. I am positive person and I take challenges as learning experiences.

Offer exceptional customer service and pour fine crafted beer to all of our patrons. Inform customers of current specials. Cleaning and maintaining our tasting room spotless.

Beertender

Sales Administration: enter, process and invoice orders. Coordinate orders with Production
team and factory. Track deliveries, act as liaison between wholesale. Work closely with 
Logistics team and freight brokers for freight quotes. Monitor inventories of sales materials 
for our 12 restaurants. Customer service for wholesale and retail sides of the company. 
Programs used: Great Plains and Microsoft Office.

Customer Service and Operations

Fabric/trim sourcing and development, fabric quality testing, color and artwork approvals, 
T&A, working closely with the designers, fit techs, patternmakers and logistics and costing 
teams, as well as with the product development team from Target Co and vendors overseas. Brands managed were mainly Pure Energy, Xhilaration, Mossimo Supply, Cherokee and Circo (all private labels for Target).
Programs Used: Flex PLM, Target POL, Internal PLM system, Microsoft Office.

Product Manager

PO and BOM management for woven tops, knit & woven dresses, bottoms and denim. Worked
with the logistics team for on-time receipts of merchandise for the division. Reporting weekly 
receipts projections and actuals to our merchant team, VP and Director of Production. 
Assisted with costing, color and artwork approvals, and attended fittings. Management of all 
the fit and TOP sample distribution. 
Programs Used: Momentis PDM and CPM, Microsoft Office.

Production Assistant

Production, shipping, and QC. Worked closely with buyers and showrooms. Errands for
send-outs, finishes, fit samples, shoes and accessories for runway. Worked at Project in 
MAGIC Feb. ’11 in Las Vegas, and LA Fashion Week ’11 preparing models for the runway.
