I am a bilingual, digital marketing professional with 10 years of experience in digital product management, advertising, communications, online user experience. 

I have a B.A. in Advertising and nearing completion of a Masters in Human Computer Interaction. 

Currently I manage a health and wellness digital product with oversight over the product's user experience, marketing and budget.

• Product manager for BCBSA’s physical activity-tracking program with oversight of marketing, sales, user experience and customer service. Responsible for migration to responsive design and development of mobile app.

• Led BCBSA’s marketing and technical implementation of a joint informational website between BCBSA and Walgreens to educate members about the Affordable Care Act. 

• Managed the development of BCBSA’s Twitter and Facebook identity. 

• Organized a workgroup of over 100 BCBS e-marketing and communications professionals providing a forum for knowledge-sharing and networking.

• Managed $4M brand advertising campaign.
