Direct all creative strategy, development, and design for industry-leading tactical/outdoor lifestyle company of premium products (Illumination tools, tactical accessories, & hearing protection) • Manage in-house team of designer, production artist, technical writer, freelancer, and outside vendors • Work with senior writer to create integrated advertising campaigns including, print, web, social, and video • Produce weekly high-impact email blasts targeted to 175,000 + customers • Execute deliverables of all product launches, including the design of high-end packaging, annual catalogs, multi-market brochures, tradeshow graphics, POP, apparel, social media, and other marketing collateral • Direct studio product photography and collaborate on off-site lifestyle photos shoots • Establish efficiency processes, track studio spending while successful keeping projects on/under budget = Responsible for quality control and production workflow, with short lead times and overlapping deadlines = Winner of several designs, including In-HOWse, Marcom, and Communicator Awards
