Global sourcing: Frequent travels to China to ensure product quality, design integrity, environmental compliance,
and seek out new vendors and factories, as well as negotiate upcoming pricing and scheduling.

-  Product development: ensure accurate tech packs and costing, oversee the handoff process.

-  Maintained company calendar with 11 annual deliveries.

-  Manage staff of 6, including quality control, product development, and production assistants.

-  Established infrastructure and standards in and for, product development, quality control, logistics, and production.
