• Responsible for shop’s sales goals through effective application of Michael Kors’ selling strategies, customer
service techniques and event planning.
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and ownership of the business by tracking daily, weekly, and monthly sales
towards meeting and exceeding plan.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining all visual merchandising standards as directed in the Visual
Merchandising guideline.

business.

• Managed key accounts while partnering with both design and production to execute salable products.
• Made seasonal sales trips to key accounts while also conducting research and providing PK meetings.
• Conducted market presentations creating cohesive product assortment while covering accounts needs.
• Reviewed new products and approval samples, following up with buyers on all current and future orders.
• Assisted with various merchandising projects, photo shoots as well as provided support for business forecast
meetings.

Account Representative

• Managed 25% of all wholesale accounts in addition to coordinating all trade shows.
• Created weekly, promotional and seasonal line sheets to generate revenue and market brand awareness.
• Spear-headed our e-commerce website as well as maintained day-to-day upkeep and operations.
• Assisted the production department with purchase orders and samples, as well as maintaining and improving
spreadsheets and timetables.
