Manage data accounting for approx. 20% of the organization’s annual budget. • Manage operations of live on-air fundraising portion of studio (TV and Radio) with a budget of approx. $110,000 annually • Redesigned processes and management of fundraising phone banks and computers through proactive project management of tasks including contract renegotiation, vendor management, RFP development and final execution within PCI compliance rules. • Manage at least five staff through my tenure, including part time SDSU foundation staff as well as student assistants. • Work on a team to develop strategies to reach fundraising goals including working with premium coordinator to select gifts. • Present and interpret data from live fundraising at planning meetings. • Manage ticketed gifts offered as incentives including purchasing, securing tickets, seat assignment, information letter creation, credential creation, additional planning and staffing during event as well as upload of interactions for seat assignment into TeamApproach database. • Update organization’s gift company matching program. • Assorted transaction/record adjustments such as refunds, gift allocation and account merging, corrections and updates.
