• Communicated daily with mills and factories regarding all fabric and trim development.
• Responsible for accurate entry of all product development information into the PLM system.
• Work with Design team to follow up from market approved fabric to bulk production (lap dips, handlooms, production submits).

Product Development Manager – Custom Clothing

• Manage all Tailored PD business for Men’s Wearhouse, Moores Clothing, and K&G Superstores.
• Support the strategic direction in collaboration with Design, Sourcing, Production, and Merchandising teams.
• Complete competitive costing analysis; recommend changes in product and facilities. Follow through and implement changes.
• Help with identifying and developing new business opportunities and initiatives.
• Review costing at proto, market and production stages.
• Ensure all materials used and construction details meet cost parameter guidelines.
• Managed all bulk production styles; Built Bill of Materials and Tech Packs, 200 SKUs per season on average.
• Costing of bulk styles (CMT and FOB).
• Responsible for accurate entry of all product development information into the PLM system.
• Work with Design team to follow up from market approved fabric to bulk production (lap dips, handlooms, production submits).
• Review PPS and TOP samples thoroughly prior to shipment.

Product Development Specialist – Tailored Clothing

• Partnered closely with Design from inception, development and up to pre-production.
• Worked with Tech Design and Production to ensure development is moving forward and meeting key deadlines.
• Communicated daily with mills and factories regarding all fabric, trim, and garment styles in development.
• Manage approval of all development and production submits (trims, lap dips, handlooms, production submits).
• Responsible for accurate entry of all product development information into the PLM system.
• Managed all bulk production styles; Built Bill of Materials and Tech Packs.
• Costing of bulk styles (CMT and FOB).
• Attend fittings to review new development.
