Garrett Gallego: in San Gabriel, CA

I served asa PAona SAG film where my duties/responsibilities included (but were not limited to) helping set up scenes, checking off proper gear, assisting script supervisor, etc. Sets are a high pressure environment where minutes equate to money, rather than flounder under the stress, I found myself flourishing and actually relishing the excitement and problem solving that came with each new problem that arose during shooting. All in all, it was a very valuable experience. Bloomingdales, Burbank, CA- Security Officer Seasonal Though I only worked at Bloomingdales to fill out a security officer position for a few weeks, I learned some new skills that have served me well since then! As a security officer, I was required to work as a well oiled machine with the other officers in the building, constant communication was a requirement so that we could keep the building and the people in it safe.

Over the summer of 2018, I was lucky enough to get experience as an Independent Contractor at a real estate company. The responsibilities I had were incredibly diverse and varied. I was required to help out with paperwork, help out with open houses, run errands for the company, call clients, set up appointments. I gained a lot of valuable experience at this job.

At Caffe Bene, I served for four years as a Barista and Cashier while still in High School. I was required to prepare drinks as well as food. I performed all duties myself, as I worked most shifts alone. Meaning I was in charge of an entire cafe by myself. It was here that I really learned how to work well and keep my cool under pressure.
