•	In 2013, led negotiations to successfully raise $1.3mm in initial capital funding and restructuring ownership of the company.  
•	Prepared all financial and corresponding reports requested during the due diligence phase. 
•	Build a forecasting model that analyzed historical actuals to accurately forecast and set annual plan five years out.   
•	Automated forecasting model to update daily actuals to revise annual forecast and compare to annual set plan.       
•	Created enhanced financial statement presentations for management and Board of Directors.    
•	Led quarterly Board of Directors meetings with our investor and his team of advisors.
•	Prepared and presented the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and all relevant supporting documents.
•	Build an inventory forecasting model that allowed us to turn inventory 2.5x annually and maintained a 90% in-stock rate for all top sellers.
•	Negotiated pricing for all SKU’s at the start each season’s purchase orders.

•	In tandem with the sales team, managed customer relationships for Target, Kohls, Bed Bath & Beyond, Walmart, JCPenney, Nordstrom, Dillards, Macys, and Steinmart.
•	Traveled monthly with the sales team to exhibit new product to the buying department, GMM, & DMM.  
•	Set annual top line revenue plan and keep my forecast model updated on a daily basis so management and the sales team were always informed of where they stood compared to plan.
•	Build an inventory forecast model that ensured all customer’s SKU’s were in-stock and ready to ship weekly. Maintained a 95% in-stock rate for all accounts.  
•	Based on my inventory forecast model, issued all purchase orders for 1,000+ SKU’s to our suppliers based in China and India.  
•	Traveled to China three times to meet with our suppliers and maintain vendor relations.
•	In 2010, we were purchased by a VC firm and assistant the accounting department during the due diligence and audit phase.
