•	Manage of Procurement and Supply Chain for five different brands of Made Goods| Pigeon & Poodle| Blue Pheasant luxury design and wholesale company specializing in furniture, lighting, home accents and tabletop. Responsible for all supply chain including purchasing, import, quality control, upholstery, Assembly and repair.
•	Manage teams to coordinate all purchases and import of over 4000 active items from Asia, Europe and South America ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries and reduction in transportation costs. Oversee quality control team to review product consistency and packaging standards are met.
•	Lead team to ensure that all daily tasks are completed in a timely manner, working closely on full life cycle of product (sample, purchase order placement, production scheduling to meet customer order requirements/ accurately track each product through the supply chain.

•	Manage Upholstery, Factory Floor and Repairs department in which all items are customizable giving clients thousands of upholstery and COM options in dining chairs, occasional chairs and removable cushions. Ensure upholstery orders are completed timely and accurately. Reduced costs within the first two months by evaluating packaging materials and techniques as well as revising construction specifications to reduce on-site upholstery manufacturing costs.

?	Managed production for Australian based fashion forward brand expanding to US. Manage production process from design to finished product - develop and source fabrics, yarns, and trims; obtains approvals for fabric, print projects and trims.
