Prepare, review, analyze reports, and use information to identify operational improvements (e.g., production, cost, quality, safety). • Manage Upholstery, Factory Floor and Repairs department in which all items are customizable giving clients thousands of upholstery and COM options in dining chairs, occasional chairs and removable cushions. Ensure upholstery orders are completed timely and accurately. Reduced costs within the first two months by evaluating packaging materials and techniques as well as revising construction specifications to reduce on-site upholstery manufacturing costs. • Liaison with sales, customer service, warehouse, HR, accounting, marketing and trade show, fostering cohesive inter-department communications.
