Lead all aspects of field operations for new chain of coastal lifestyle retail stores in Florida. Reporting directly to Divisional VP and working in partnership with all levels of corporate management and executives including marketing, buying/allocation, visual merchandising and e-commerce.
* Development and implementation of all store operations and policy & procedure.
* Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training/development, motivating and supporting the store management teams to develop and implement action plans that meet operational and organizational objectives.
