Gavin is a Visual FX producer of spherical panoramic experiences. His 21 year career includes 10 years running
the digital ad innovation team at Yahoo! In 2018 Gavin received an Emmy for "Outstanding Digital Innovation" for
the virtual reality film Capturing Everest. In 2014 his panoramic stitching skills landed his spherical Gigapixel
image of the One World Trade Center on the cover of Time Magazine. Gavin is known for applying a crosspollination
of design fields while cultivating a joyful approach to integrating emerging technologies into solving
unique challenges. He has led his teams by example and fostered innovative design strategies and fostered
creative solution mindsets.

Luxicraft LLC is a cutting edge production house that offers assembled and ready-to-use stabilized
12.5K stabilized 360º spherical ProRes footage with 14 stops of dynamic range. Filmmakers and producers now have access to thousands of high-quality real-world 360 backplates for LED volumes.

A joint venture between Panogs LLC (Gavin's company) and ATI (Aerial Technology International) with
the goal to fiill a production gap in the Virtual Reality production space. The VR Drone was designed to give VR filmmakers the best quality aerial spherical footage possible while reducing the post processing

PANOGS is a full-service interactive agency with a strong focus on immersive production (VR/AR/MR)
Panogs was recently awarded the 2018 EMMY for Outstanding Digital Innovation for the Virtual Reality
Film Capturing Everest. PANOGS is also a Space Needle LLC preferred vendor and has created many of the interactive experiences that delight visitors on the landmark's observation deck. Other clients
include Sport Illustrated, Time Inc., Microsoft, and Surround Vision.

Director of Innovation and Lead Video Editor

Responsibilities captured: video production of the product launch of a patented Blockchain technology through national TV spots and social media video campaigns. All aspects of the video production


including high-quality video capture, 3-point lighting interviews, high-quality sound capture, motion
graphics creation, editing, and final delivery.Produced "quick turn" news-style content on deadlines
that ranged from just a few hours to multi day or multi week segments. Collaborated with producers,
writers, and social media experts, and partners to ensure that their needs were met and/or exceeded.
Conducted legal drone videography with FAA Part 107 certification

Creating high quality photography packages for real estate agents and architects. Services included
drone imaging, videography, wide angle photography, and 3D Scanning using a Ricoh Theta Z1 and Matterport software.

Habitat XR

Managed the video production team and produced a series of interviews and conversations with Sophia the Robot, the world's first robot citizen, as she traveled around the globe.

Senior Video Producer

Photographed ultra high resolution Gigapixel panoramas of the giant ancient murals tucked about in rocky Buddhist temples sprinkled across the most remote regions of Tibet. In March of 2018 the first
copy of the new TASCHEN book Murals of Tibet was presented to His Holiness the Dalai Lama in India.

Led the interactive advertising Innovation team and spearheaded the very first virtual reality ads for Yahoo! Designed advertorial sponsored Tumblr pages and spearhead the Tumblr-sponsored posts. A
lot of graphic motion design and 2D animation using Adobe Animator (Flash).

Visual Designer III

Mar 2014 (1 month)
Before the One World Trade Center was opened to the public Time Inc. brought a small crew to shoot
a hyper-resolution 360º image of the view 10' out from the very top of the spire. Gavin stitched and combined the massive data from four hemispherical image-arrays. Time Inc. used the final image as the magazine's first ever tri-fold cover. The Interactive online experience was used as the centerpiece
of Time's rebranded website launch. Mark Zuckerberg also choose this image to announce the launch
of 360 photos on Facebook.

TIME

Designed rich-media ad campaigns for every major US brand (tier 1 & 2). Repurposed brand assets and created complex interactive animated ad units becoming video ads, animated wallpapers,
expandable ad units, floaters, micro-sites, sweepstakes and Yahoo! Mail ads. Built out and deployed
mixed media ads units using an internal Yahoo! Ad Platform called Adinterax.

Implemented a major rebrand and structural website. Produced digital marketing campaigns and managed video and photography staff; asset database management of student work.

Webmaster

Oversaw animation production teams and produced several animated "Flashisodes" and interactive
