Account Executive

?	Managed client expectations with regard to project scope, construction documents, and schedule compliance.
?	Orchestrated and managed the coordination of projects which included integrating the technologies of two merged carriers. The construction consisted of installation of antennas, swapping/installing antennas, cabinet foundation installation, cabinet installation, radio equipment installation, 800 AMP Electrical Service, Telco and grounding.
?	Directed all vendors in preparing appropriate documentation for SOW, permitting, inspections as well as close-out/final documentation.
?	Managed and administered RFQ's for new business development for environmental, civil, structural, and inspections.


Director, Design Services

?	Directed the coordination and timely delivery of newly constructed Cisco Field Sales Offices throughout the SE Region.
?	Directed meetings for the development and coordination of space plans between the architect and client (Cisco Regional Sales Teams).
?	Directed and managed TelePresence deployments and installations in Cisco Sales offices within the southeast region including equipment procurement, shipment, and storage prior to installation.


Project Manager, Cisco South East Region: Sales Offices Ranging from $1-10 Million

?	Reviewed landlord’s collateral documentation including but not limited to Core & Shell Construction Documents, Landlord and Governing Agency approved Tenant Improvement Drawings, Tenant Design & Construction Criteria, Contractor Rules & Regulations, and Tenant Lease Work Exhibits.
?	Provided architectural design review for storefront, display zone and interiors to ensure compliance with the established design criteria.
?	Responsible for all permit applications and submittal to the City of San Francisco Building Department.



San Francisco Centre Tenant Coordinator/Permit Manager: $800 Million+

?	Managed coordination with on-site staff, the creation of progress reports, development of plan reviews, assistance with permit processing, and close out procedures. 
?	Managed tenant contractors to ensure compliance with lease commitments, construction documents, and landlord bylaws.
?	Administered permit process with City of Raleigh.
