I am a recent Purdue University graduate currently pursuing an M.S. in Biology through the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis School of Science. In addition to my graduate degree, I volunteer my time as a research assistant, work as a sales associate at Bicycle Garage Indianapolis, and spend as much time riding a bicycle as possible. My drive and outlook on life set me apart as I am determined to make the most out of each opportunity that I discover. 

• Shared product knowledge and enthusiasm for cycling with customers while directing them through the entire sales process of bicycles and cycling accessories
• Utilized strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and encourage customers looking to take on the sport of cycling
• Led a weekly morning shop ride through southern Indianapolis for five fellow co-workers and various shop customers

• Compiled lab-wide data to create cohesive templates for efficient data collection and utilization on future research projects
• Measured the quality of mouse bone sections to better understand the respective role that genetics plays in bone development

Research Assistant

• Gained experience with modern molecular and cellular biology while learning the zebra fish model for studying tumor growth
• Expedited the zebra fish feeding process by implementing new procedures, ultimately decreasing task time by fifty-eight minutes

Assisted mission dentists at a volunteer-based clinic to extract hundreds of teeth and improve the oral hygiene of Haitian
population surrounding Gramoth
• Aided in the distribution of prescribed medicines to hundreds of patients that had recently visited the clinic, ensuring that
adequate dental and medical health needs were met
