• Perform day to day accounting activities and Bookkeeping duties utilizing strong QuickBooks skills and Sage 300.
• Prepare journal entries, Reconciliations, and reports necessary to the timely completion of monthly, quarterly
and year end close processes.
• Analyze and maintain the general ledger to ensure the accuracy of revenue and cost allocation.
• Prepare monthly analysis and internal reporting of financial statements and ensure compliance with company
accounting policies and procedures.
• Month-end closing. Ensured the integrity of the general ledger system by auditing and verifying balances.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and investigate any unreconciled differences.
• Gather and prepare data for auditors. Prepare various accounting reports.
• Manage all Accounting operations including A/R, A/P, Payroll, Expense Reports, and journal entries.
• Efficiently handle invoicing, reconciliations, accruals, check issuance, timekeeping and payroll.
• Prepare and filing monthly and quarterly sales and use tax returns.
• Filing payroll Tax Biweekly and Quarterly.
• Assist in annual audit and prepare supporting documentation for auditors and tax advisers.

• Process in a timely manner, the general contractors' Invoicing using multiple portals such as Oracle Textura
Payment Management, Procore, Alliant Wrapx, GC Pay and AIA Billing.
• Manage sub contractor's monthly pay apps and conditional/unconditional release
• Submit time cards to payroll company and processed certified payroll.
• Manage Corporate Filings, Licensing, and other legally required documents.
• Manage subcontractors' contracts, invoices, and lien releases.
• Prepare and filing sales tax.
• Assist in annual audit and prepare supporting documentation for auditors and tax advisers.
